I'm reading Animal Liberation... The chapters

about experimentation. Last night I read about

the psychological tests they do on monkeys,

giving them " monster mothers " who hurt them and

the babies still cling to them. Oh jeez... I just

got this horrible rock feeling in the pit of my

stomach and I feel like my heart is breaking. Why

did they do these tests??? If I go to a

psychiatrist am I supporting this kind of thing??

I don't want anything to do with this. I just

feel so so horrible inside right now. Thanks for

if you see any sort of " legitimate " medical officer, you are supporting

bullshit!

 

I guess we should try and stay off all shit ... psychologists ...

psychoanalysts ... meds ... there are a lot of great

alternatives ... especially in the pyschological field ...ever heard of New

Decisions Therapy? It's really cool ... I once

went to a new decisions therapist! It was great!

That is just sick. What else are the poor little things going to do - they

can hardly decide to be self-sufficient and do without food can they? This

is a typical example of the pointlessness of animal experiments. There can

be few people who have not seen just this kind of behaviour in human

infants. The mother smacks the child, the child clings to the mother

anyway. We dont need to torture animals to gain this sort of knowledge,

we've been torturing each other for long enough to know already. Well done

to you for educating yourself despite the pain.

you aren't dumb ... it's not a very well known therapy ...

 

It's purpose is to help you make new decisions in your life ... forget the

past, forgive all the bullshit in your life ... release that

negative energy from your body ... and move on ... I have seen it work for a

couple of people!
