Guest guest
Well I'm back from a 5 days in San Francisco and am just catching up on my email, including about 65 new Planet-Vegan messages! It seems the list kinda took on a life of its own while I was away... I'd like to welcome all the new members, and I wanted to say how happy I am to have so many amazing, intelligent, compassionate individuals participating. Since the number of members is now over 60 and the volume of email is increasing, I just wanted to make a few recommendations... First, for the benefit of those on the digest version in particular, when you hit 'reply' please try to remember to delete anything that is not relevant to what you are replying to, including especially the excess onelist 'stuff' at the bottom of the messages. Also, try to keep your subject headings pretty specific. I find that helpful on the individual email version. Try to stay on topic of course. The list is for sharing thoughts, ideas, questions, recipes, news, events, moral support etc. relating to animal rights and veganism. I will not tolerate any suggestions or talk of violence in regards to ending animal exploitation. If you're into that sort of thing, the ALF message boards may be a more suitable environment. If you ever find the volume of email to be difficult to manage I recommend the digest version where you receive one message a day which includes all the day's messages. I only mention these things cuz I want you all to stay on the list so... thanks! -anji -- _____________ Free email services provided by http://www.goodkarmamail.com powered by OutBlaze
