Guest guest
Can't wait to see those recipes, Laura!!! And, wow! I'm really envious that you baked bread with your father every week!!! I had to learn on my own. My mother wasn't the greatest cook when she was sober, much less all other times! Baking bread is a new thing for me and I just love it, though don't have it quite perfected yet. I use my bread machine to knead the dough and rise there (since my joints are usually not up the task of kneading), then form it bake it in the oven. So far I've had a few experiments that the dogs ended up having for dinner! hahaha But, all in all I've had pretty good luck and the experimenting is fun! I'd love to hear your tips and tricks for baking great bread, if you have any to share!
