Guest guest Posted April 6, 2000 Report Share Posted April 6, 2000 I have the TVA cookbook, but I tried one of the recipes (moussaka) and it was really complicated, it took me 2h to make it, and tasted funny/weird. There's this other one called Eating in Eden by Hermine Freed which is really good, my dad gave it to me because it has lots of simple/quick recipes and spreads. I also get many recipes from the vegsource.org recipe board.
