I think you're right... the majority of us, being raised meat-eaters, are trained not to question what we're eating or why. I can't tell you how many times I heard the argument " I was raised on a farm. " My response, " Really? Me, too. " I was raised a hunter. My response, " Really? Me, too. " No matter what argument I've been offered (and believe me, I've NEVER *started* the banter!), I've been there and done that. Besides, it doesn't matter what we USED to do, it matters what we ARE doing. Right? Anyway, I tend to ramble.
