Guest guest
I have a cheese to add to the list of vegan cheeses - Soymage. It's definitely not something you want to cut a chunk of and eat on a sandwhich! But, it works great for melting in vegan macaroni and cheese, pizza, lasagna, etc. I've see the Vegan Sourcebook Alicia talked about. It seems to be packed with all sorts of useful information! Especially useful for someone just starting out!! Guest guest
The Soymage Vegan Mozzarella single slices aren't bad on sandwiches. Road's End Organics has good vegan mac and 'chReese' in a box (the 'cheese' powder is mostly nutrional yeast).
