Wow,

 

That's incredible.

 

1. Especially you ladies? Everyone should be concerned with what fuel goes

into the system. Spending time (long hours) in regard to

ensuring that one's nutritional intake is essential, and everyone should be

doing it!

 

2. Don't be concerned about what you eat? Wrong mister. Be very concerned

about what you eat. Anji has very extensive information

about nutrition on her website, as a lot of you know. That, my friends, is

more important than going to the gym 3 or 4 times per week.

Eat right! I, personally go to the gym 3 times per week, and yes I am

losing weight, however, I immediately complimented my workout

with better eating habits and choices. Because I have dramatically improved

my eating, along with working out, I still eat junk food a few times per

week and drink about 6-12 beer per week , and I continue to lose weight.

 

3. Roach on the food? Eat it, of course. How do you think I have been

building all these new muscles ... good protein. There is a quick

solution to that problem, however, clean your home a little better.

hey folks,

 

heard some of you were concerned about diet and all that other

stuff that makes you fat.. you spent all those long hours trying to track

down if this or that ingredient is going to make you fat.. especially you,

ladies... well... doooo i have an advice for you, get you ass up and go and

do some physical activities...

 

sign up with a gym, go there 3-4 times a week, and get fit there.. no guy

(with good self respect) likes fat girls... also just for an idea go

rollerblading and play some volleyball or soccer or whatever.... that would

bring ya weight down even more... ;))))

 

so i guess what I am trying to say is: stop being concern about food ya eat

but rather go and eat whatever ya want (no meat of course), as long as ya

don't forget to go to the gym 3-4 times a week...

 

Sillllly me..... now everybody's gonna hate me here.. ;) oh well.. Anji

gonna deffend(two f or one?) me... ;))

 

ohhh.. btw question to all veg. people on this list, since ya like animals

soooo much, what would ya do when ya see roach sitting on ya food.. would ya

KILL it or give him some MORE food? ;)
