Guest guest
Alex! Good to have you on the list. I just want to say that I think it's really cool that you're interested in exploring a healthier, non-violent diet. I really respect you for learning and trying new things. Most people can't even be bothered. I hope you know you're doing the right thing. It is a combination of diet and exercise that will help people to keep their weight down, not one or the other. It seems that it is more difficult for some people to lose weight than others so we have to be compassionate towards those that have a harder time. However, I'd bet you're more likely to lose weight eating low-fat vegan and sitting on your ass than if you're eating Big Macs and going to the gym. I haven't exercised in 10 years and I have a hard time staying above 100lb. If I saw one roach on my food I would take it outside. If it were many roaches I would take more drastic measures as I don't feel that my ethics need compromise my health and safety. -anji > heard some of you were concerned about diet and all that other > stuff that makes you fat.. you spent all those long hours trying to track down if this or that ingredient is going to make you fat.. especially you, ladies... well... doooo i have an advice for you, get you ass up and go and do some physical activities... > ohhh.. btw question to all veg. people on this list, since ya like animals soooo much, what would ya do when ya see roach sitting on ya food.. would ya KILL it or give him some MORE food? -- _____________ Free email services provided by http://www.goodkarmamail.com powered by OutBlaze
