And, why do you feel that " all vegans should be taking vitamin & mineral supplements " ? I am very curious about this. Thanks. -anji Linda,There are enzymes in vegetables that aide in digestion. This is thereason you keep feeling hungry after eating raw veggies. Try eating a small amount of protein (like tofu) with your veggies ora small amount of carbs (like whole grain bread). Remember organic veggies are the way to go. And never mix proteinwith carbs. Also, all vegan's should be taking vitamin & mineralsupplements that you only get at a natural health food store.
