From a Former Director of HLS

SHAC-USA received this morning written confirmation

from former Director Joseph Dowling III that he is not

and will not be connected to HLS. It is as simple as

this to get off the target list.

 

" I, Joseph L Dowling III state that I am not a

director of Huntingdon Life Sciences, I own no shares

in Huntingdon, and will not purchase shares in future

for my fund, personally or for any account under my

control for any reason.

 

I have no business relationship with Quilcap or Oracle

Partners LP, nor do I represent or work for anyone

associated with Huntingdon. I do not share office

space with Quilcap, I am not an investor in Quilcap,

nor do I have any influence over their investment

strategy. I have not affiliation with Stephen's Inc.,

nor do I have an ownership or financial interest in

Stephen's Inc.

 

I did not take Oracle's Huntingdon investment " with

me " when I left Oracle Partners in 1998, no have I had

any conversations with Oracle about their Huntingdon

position, strategy with respect to the position, or

anything to do with their involvement in Huntingdon.

 

I would greatly appreciate being removed from the SHAC

website.
