The house is on a shady, residential street 5 minutes from the Ossington subway station and has hardwood floors, a gas stove, large sunny living room and a great upper deck (complete with garden). It is a 10 minute walk to the YMCA on College Street. We strive to live as collectively as possible, sharing food, cooking, cleaning, ideas and support. Our communal environment involves low-impact and cruelty-free living. We have a commitment to being pro-feminist, anti-racist, queer and trans-positive, pro-environment, and are vegan. Also, we share a commitment to animal rights. We are hoping to live with someone who is supportive and likeminded of such ideologies. The rent is quite affordable.
