plight of the Caribbean whales and the Revised

Management Scheme on an hour long program on A & E.

Most people I talk to don't know about the Revised

Management Scheme (returning the world to commercial

whaling) or reply, " They kill whales in the

Caribbean?? " We need to educate the general public

that commercial whaling is coming back and hundreds of

whales and dolphins die each year in the Caribbean.
