Guest guest
Congratulations, Gigi. You're doin' the right thing. You don't need to be too careful about your conversion to a vegan diet. Odds are that you will be healthier by following a compassionate diet than you were on a carnivorous one, unless you decided to ingest only crisps and chocolate! If you don't fancy meat analogues or don't have access to meat/dairy analogues, you can eat loads of rice, pasta, tempeh, nuts, wheat germ, fruit, veg, cereals, (This is NOT an endorsement, I swear. Okay, it is...but I don't sell the stuff!)Udo's Ultimate Oil Blend (for Omega 3 & 6, as well as essential fatty acids), linseed, soya milk, tofu, etc. ad nauseum. Just be sure to educate yourself about animal derivatives if you're planning to buy prepared or processed food. Gelatine and casein, to name but two, are no-nos. Any other queries, don't hesitate to ask. Cheers and GOOD LUCK!! xxk@xx
