Disaster Keeping Pets From Owners

Residents frantic, agencies say

Daily News Staff Writer

 

As New Yorkers have turned to those closest to them for comfort in

the aftermath of Tuesday's disaster, many who live in lower Manhattan

have been kept from their most loyal and loving companions — their

pets.
