Please would you take some time to print the petition form (link here) and

gather some signatures, sending them when completed to the address given in

the top right hand corner of the form?

It is for the Spanish government to be made aware that we non-Spanish

citizens are disgusted by the recent mutilation of fifteen dogs at a dogs`

home in Tarragona on November 4th. The dogs had their paws cut off. One dog

was a mother and crawled back to her pups to feed them before she bled to

death.

There will be a demonstration in Madrid in December against this horror. I

ask all my friends and contacts to please print, sign, distribute and mail

this petition for a law in Spain to give animals protection.
