Victoria, BC - Vegan Potluck with Vesanto Melina this Friday!

Hey all, in case anyone on the list is near Victoria, come on down!

 

This Friday March 8th, the Vancouver Island Vegetarian Assocation presents

guest speaker Vesanto Melina at a vegan potluck. Vesanto is a registered

dietician and co-author of Becoming Vegan, Becoming Vegetarian, and Cooking

Vegetarian. (www.nutrispeak.com)

 

Doors open at 6:30, we eat at 7pm sharp. Location: FirstMet Hall, 932

Balmoral. (Just off Quadra.)

 

Please bring a vegan (no animal products, dairy or honey) dish for 6-8

people, your own dishes and utensils, a list of ingredients in your dish and

a $3 door fee
