hey, i was wondering if you guys would help me shut somebody up. I have a friend

who argues that meat is a perefect food, that you could survive on it

alone...funny, i know (my arguement is that spinach would be a better choice.)

can any of you please list some nutrients, etc. that meat does not contain? I

know vit. c as well as essential non fatty acids, i think, but i need more

concrete, scientific proof.

thanks, robert

This is pretty funny actually..

The Vit. C is a pretty good one, scurvy just around the corner for the

Stupidivore.

There's also no fiber and very little water..it would make for interesting

times in the land of digestion.

These are obvious..what else are we missing?

=====

The animals of this world exist for their own reasons. They were not made for

humans any more than black people were made for white, or women created for men.
