Guest guest
I am wondering if anybody can give me more info about getting purely vegan vitamin B12. Right now I am taking a B-complex vitamin manufactured by Solgar. It says on the label: suitable for vegetarians. but I'm not sure if this means it's completely vegan or not. It does also say that they are free of dairy products, but again, I'm not sure if this means that it's completely free of animal products. The only ingredients I'm not sure about are Brewer's Yeast (including inositol, choline), and Dicalcium Phosphate. I'm not sure where these come from. All other ingredients appear to come from vegetable sources. Any knowledge shared about this product or about other brands of B-vitamins that are completely vegan would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. --jack
Guest guest
Hi Jack; I am not sure of where you live, but I will tell you what I do for B12. I take a pure B12 sublingual " dot " . It is only B12. It dissolves in a few second under the tongue (sublingual). It's brand here is called " Natural Brand " distributed by 1.0 Shadow Marketing Group Ltd., Vancouver BC, V5N 1W4 Canada. If you are in the States, I'm sure you can get a sublingual brand there. Deborah in BC, Canada I am wondering if anybody can give me more info about getting purely vegan vitamin B12.
