The ruling was written by U.S. District Judge James Robertson. The Physician's Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM) filed a suit against USDA for these conflicts and won! ....[PCRM's Neal] Barnard eloquently supported the inclusion of soy milk and soy-based meat analogues as acceptable alternatives for the milk and meat products. PCRM's court victory is a victory for all Americans, for it exposes the way America conducts its business. USDA's boss, Donna Shalala, had the gall to pose with a milk mustache. These conflicts go much higher than just her office. The bribes began in 1971 when Richard Nixon received a $3 million cash gift in the Oval Office. It was recorded on tape.
