Hi Bliss;

I really agree with you about how informing people respectfully and calmly

is a preferrable way to help them make change! Also,

about sushi... it can be eaten vegan! Sushi in japanese means " sweet and sour " ,

and refers to the sauce that is put on the rice.

We eat vegan sushi frequently, at local restaurants and at home. Inside,

instead of fish, one has salad vegetables, depending on

what one likes: lettuce, cucumber, carrot, pickles of various types, olives,

avocado, sprouts, artichoke hearts, etc. I love

cilantro in mine! with pickled ginger! and tofunaise! Yum!

Thanks to my friends I don't eat sushi anymore. I was calling myself a vegan

and still eating sashimi for a while!!!!

Thats so ridiculous, but I didnt think it counted and veganism was new to

me. It was not until my friends gave me some info

about the fishing industry that a light went on...It took me a few more sushi

lunches before I finally realised they were right.
