New to Vegan - Transforming from mere Vegetarian

Can you refer me to any resources for Vegan recipes? I am running

dry on recipes and getting bored with food, which I don't want to

do. Food has always been fun and great entertainment. Cook Book

titles might be helpful too.

 

For instance, how can I make Tempeh myself?

 

I was raised on a cattle ranch, went organic 30 years ago and little

by little quit eating meat all together, but I have been vegetarian

for only a little more than a year. My husband seems to dislike tofu,

so I am looking for ways to disguise my use of it.
