Good Evening,

 

First I would like to introduce myself to those who do not know me. My name

is Ryan Courtade. Many of you may have heard of me, some it may have been

bad, some of it may have been good. I'm not going to straighten out the bad

things that you have heard in this letter, I'll do that at a later point in

private if you wish. The things that you may want to know about me are as

follows:

 

1. I am 14

2. I am president of Love All Animals a youth based animal activist group

3. We have 10,000+ members

4. We are carried on 140+ lists

5. We are currently 6 years old

6. We have 30+ volunteers

 

You may be a little confused as to why I am telling you this. The reason I am

telling you this is because I want you to get to know me as a person not as a

14 year kid who should be out playing in the snow. Some people say that I am

out of my league dealing with Animal Rights, but I do feel that I may be out

of my league when it comes with dealing with the Internet, because I have

found that it is hard to get people to help out over the Internet. So what I

have been working on in the last couple weeks is a list of projects that may

or may not work. Either way we are going to try. The animal rights movement

may be a large movement as far as getting things done, but I do not feel that

we concentrate on Public Education as much. And that's why Love All Animals

was founded.

 

Projects:

 

1. National Survey-

We can use anyone that likes to talk alot, Telemarketers. 1-5 calls a

week meaning 1 call a day. About 11 questions to be asked. For more

2. Pet Friendly License Plates.

Hopefully a state coordinator from all 50 states, Lawyers, and/or people

having anything to do with the Government. People from Humane Societies that

would like to benefit from this. E-mail Research for

information.

 

3. Animal Rights Campaigns

We are always looking for campaign ideas and people willing to run and/or

help with campaigns. E-mail Jobs for information on this.

 

4. CompassionFest 2001

Many of you have heard about CompassionFest 2001, if you haven't you can

e-mail Ryan, or Margo. This will be a national

event taking place in August 2000. Anyone interested please e-mail us ASAP!

 

5. WEBPAGE DESIGNERS

We currently have a website at www.loveallanimals.com, but we would like

someone who can really design a good webpage to design it. Please e-mail

Admin for information. This is probably one of the biggest

jobs availible.
