Guest guest
Please forward widely if you wish. I was visiting a site called iwon and in the Food and Drink Section they have a tutorial on how to go about picking a lobster out and cooking it. I was very upset to that they are encouraging people to buy and cook lobster. To view this, you can go to http://www.iwon.com and click on " Food and Drink " near the bottom of the page, on the next page near the bottom, there is a " Learn to " section where it mentions the lobster. Here is a link to a feedback/suggestion form. http://www.iwon.com/home/help/feedback_form/0,1977,7,00.html If for some reason the above link does not work, you can get to the suggestion form by going to http://www.iwon.com Go to the bottom of the page and click on " Help and Feedback " then go to the bottom of that page and click on " Suggestion Box " . I guess it would help if a person was a member of iwon, which is a free search thing that provides chances to win prizes for using their service. Please write a short comment and tell them that cooking lobsters is one of the most cruel ways of killing an animal and that you don't appreciate them making it seem acceptable. Some other suggestions of what to write might be that people need to start becoming more aware and more compassionate to all beings if we are ever to have a peaceful world. I also have heard that lobsters live to a ripe old age if not used for food, but I don't remember how long they live. I think the main point to stress, though, is that boiling is one of the most cruel and humane ways of killing and that it seems odd that people would torture an animal for few minutes of culinary pleasure. Please remember to be kind in your comments.
