I received this from another list.

Forwarded from: webmaster (theanimalspirit.com)

BACKGROUND NOTE: For those who have been on the list awhile, you might

remember our efforts to prevent the pig slaughter at the Frontier

Culture Museum in Va. last year. Our letters and calls were ignored then

and it seems the museum is planning to slaughter even more pigs later

this year.

Do Not Slaughter Pigs As Part Of An Exhibit!

Frontier Culture Museum Staff:

This letter is in protest of your plan to slaughter pigs as part of an

exhibit later this year. The Frontier Culture Museum is funded by the

state government and uses Virginia taxpayer funds to subsidize these

cruel acts.

Last year, there was public outrage against this unnecessary and

inhumane slaughter, yet the museum ignored the letters, protests, and

phone calls of compassionate people who were against the killing. Many

people have chosen to boycott the Frontier Culture Museum because of

this.

I will continue to boycott your museum and encourage as many people as

possible to join me until you have permanently canceled this cruel

event.

Sincerely,
