The council voted Tuesday night to ratify its previous policy, which allows the city to trap and shoot deer. Some residents voiced opposition to the policy. They brought protest signs to the meeting at city hall. The city will kill six of the 18 deer which have been roaming the community's streets and wandering into residents' yards.
