Chops-Licking Pork Chops

On a late Sunday afternoon, snow was falling fast even

along the shoreline, and I was tucked in at home,

equally entranced by the delectable aromas swirling

throughout the house. The over timer chimed, " done " ,

and I pulled two freshly butchered pork chops out from

under the broiler.

(then she says how she visited The Egg & I Pork Farm,

355 Chestnut Land Road (route 109), New Milford, CT,

860-354-0820, saw the pigs, was assured by the owner

that they are humanely killed (she did not actually

witnessed the killing), and then she went back to

salivating over the corpse. The article also contains

a photo of a pig, sunning himself outside.)
