Beach yesterday when our wonderful Mayor Myera Oberndorf had the guts to stand up in city counsel and block funding for the Dolphin tank the Virginia Marine Science museum planned to install. I feel she was pressured so much from the activists and the intelligent people in our city that she could do nothing but say no! What a victory for the beautiful dolphins. Each one I see from the ocean shore this summer will be a reminder of this victory.
