EU Scientists: Eastern Europe at Risk of Mad Cow

BRUSSELS (Reuters) -- The European Commission said on Monday its scientific

advisers believe certain east European countries including Poland, the Czech

Republic and Hungary are likely to have mad cow disease in their cattle

herds.
