Yeah, my girlfriend is such a kid :) Even now when shes grownup she

doesn't like meat, and have practically vegetarian ration.

It's cool, my congratulations! :)

But what kind of B12 you take?

Thank you, I'm looking now at it.

Would she like to go all the way to eating vegetarian,

preferrable vegan? Does she understand that it is completely

possible (easier, actually!) to grow up well and live healthfully

on an entirely plant-based diet?

Thank you! :-) I am very grateful.

Sergio: But what kind of B12 you take?

We take 1000 micrograms of a sublingual supplement per day.

Sometimes we forget... no big deal, but mostly everyday. I know

that sounds like a big dose, but apparently many people don't

absorb it well, and that is considered to be the " safe in all

cases " dose.

Cool! How big is vegetarianism where you live?

Deborah
