Doctor says that vegetarian diet will maintain a healthy weight

Gaining weight is not just about consuming too many calories. Some

people have a genetic tendency to gain weight, and some a genetic

tendency not to gain weight.

 

But people whose bodies readily gain weight need not despair. Without

worrying about counting calories, they can reach and maintain a

healthy body weight by eating a vegetarian diet devoid of animal

products.
