Hello,

my name is Gwen and I am new to this group, 45 year old female.

I was a vegetarian for about 5 years and returned to my meat eating a few

years back, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis two years ago and now have

starting eating only plants again, however this time I wan it to be vegan.

Quit dairy and all meats and fish last week.

I do not eat high carb foods, and have been eating only berries and nuts and

seeds along with soy,

eager to her from others and what you eat.

Really want to make this commitment with all my heart, need some help with

food ideas.

Prefer to eat things raw.

Gwen

If you happen to be in San Fran for Mother's Day.

There is nothing quite like this restaurant.

I actually live in Phoenix, AZ but Anji mentioned the

Millenium Restaurant on the one-list so I chose to get

emails from the restaurant. My sister lives in San

Fran and I was lucky enough to dine at the Millennium

last September. Two of the four of us that dined at

the Milennium consume meat but yet ALL of us

thoroughly enjoyed it. In my opinion, it is highly

recommended if you ever get the chance.
