Guest guest
<PRE>my cat half killed a bird. s/he was too weak to peck at me. so out of mercy i broke his/her neck. it really fucking sucked doing that. but the alternative was to suffocate the bird as my mom said, too slow. Guest guest
i feel your pain. i have seven cats, who haven't been too bad this year but a few years ago we ended up with a little pink baby who we had to kill. i'll spare the details, but i'll say it was a somber evening indeed. It actually took two of us to do it, it was so sad. Any bird that is even batted around or gnawed on by a cat is in danger of infection and should get antibiotics from a wildlife rescue center or vet, just FYI. This is something i've learned after living with cats for 21 years. , stoneysmrf@a... wrote: > <PRE>my cat half killed a bird. s/he was too weak to peck at me. so out of mercy i > broke his/her neck. it really fucking sucked doing that. but the alternative > was to suffocate the bird as my mom said, too slow.
