Does anyone have any good, easy to make lunch ideas?

I am in desperate need for some really good lunch ideas, that don't

need to be heated up and are low-fat or fat-free. If anyone has any

Hmm.. Sandwiches? =)

 

I like sushi, salads (keep dressing seperate), pasta/potato salad.. A

surprising amount of left-overs are good cool.
