My dear neanderthals:

 

Some vegans ask: recipes to lunch. these are my rules:

1st. Body needs 1gm/prot x eaxh weight kg.

2nd. Basal meatabolism is a media of 2000 cal.

3rd. Typical and native cereals of each region is the

essential food: 1 gm of cereal add 4.1 calories

4th. Vegetables are satwa because they grow under

earth: food for saints: roots. Neverthless, Jainas do

not eat it. Vegetables are raja when they grow under

sun and moonshine: luxurious fuits, seeds and leaves.

5th. Pithagoras and Gandhi do not recommend

B. These are my technics:

 

1st. I put in a bottle 2 kgs. of my native cereal (for

and after 50 or 56 hours, they born and you have the

molino or at least and aid kitchener (grrrr), and:

 

1. Add the liquid mass (1 of flour for 2 of

water) to a hot stove and forms crepes or pancakes in

two or three minutes each side.

2. Add the liquid mass to some onions, tomatoes

and dark green leaves, cooked with sesame oil and sea

salt.

3. Add the liquid to cacao (theobroma cacao) and

achiotl (bixa orellina) and stevia as sweetener.

4. Add the liquid mass to a certain vegetable

(cucurbitae or brassicae)

 

I try to eat 500 gs. of food each day, sometimes

threetimes a day, sometimes twice a day, sometimes

once a day and each month I do not eat nothing.

 

concerning to protein it is enoug 50 or 60 gr. of nuts

or leguminosae when it exercise a har job. Neverthless

I've read that germ process increase the amount of

protein until 30% in the case of triticum seed.

 

Concerning to vinegar, Y note that the same question

must be made for oils, sugar, syroups, alcohol, and

for fried and overcooked process.
