Grains and beans can be eaten, if sprouted, and quite nutrional this way as well. I eat more sprouted beans than not these days.. All tofu is considered cooked, since it's made from soymilk which is cooked. > i > don't get the motivation behind it. Considering we're the only species on the planet that cooks food, and that up until a few thousand years ago we ate mostly or all raw as well, it makes perfect sense to me.
