The Oatmeal pattie recipe that I have has the dairy

and eggs Laura. Not sure what you could use for a

substitute if you are allergic to soy, dairy and egg

whites. Unless someone else can help me out on this

one.

OH OH Did I not send that recipe? Oh dear if not here

it is again. LOL

2 C of quick oats

1 C Cot. Cheese or regular hard cheese (SoyCheese)

1 onion

1/4 to 1/3 C of soy milk or evap. milk.

4 eggs or egg substitute equivalent to 4 eggs

Sage, garlic power, sweet basil, Oregano, black pepper

if so desire (all to your taste buds.)

Mix all together, and then fry like patties in hot

frying pan to the way you like them. Then you can use

whatever toppings you like to make sandwiches. They

really do make great sandwiches later on. This is one

thing you can freeze, (the patties) provided that they

are around long enough that you can have some frozen.

I sure hope I'm not missing something. I have had what

they call poultry seasoning, cause that is what I have

used in the bread dressing around Christmas time.

Enjoy. :)
