I think I should have been clearer for what I was looking for... I'd like to start collecting vegan cookbooks, not write my own. ;P Maybe some day that could be something to try, but for now I'd just like to buy a whole bunch of vegan cookbooks! lol I'm looking for recommendations of what books everyone enjoys.
