In this workshop, Karen will share the value of continuum parenting

which begins prior to conception and continues with nursing,

attachment parenting and transition to a raw food diet. You will learn

the importance of obtaining the best possible nourishment for the

mother and the unborn baby during pregnancy, and then when nursing the

baby. Karen shares delicious kid-tested recipes for the transition to

solid foods, and reveals terrific tips for older children to eat

healthier. Also discussed is the topic of vaccination.

 

Karen is a raw food support group leader for Accent on Wellness, a

speaker and consultant. She has been interviewed on TV and radio on

the topics of vegetarian and raw food parenting, and homeschooling.

She's written articles for & quot;Living Nutrition Magazine, Health

Science Magazine, and for the book Raw Knowledge by Paul Nison.

 

Karen has raised two children and two dogs on the raw food diet.

She homeschools her children in New Jersey. Karen has maintained a 100%

raw vegan diet for over 8 years.
