Guest guest
What do you eat to get B-12 vitamin? I have been thinking of taking vegan B-12 vitamin supplements, but the only vegan vitamins I found at local stores contain " Sorbitol " which I read somewhere is cancerous. I prefer not to take vitamin-supplements at all, but what kind of vegan-food contains B-12? Thanks, Ana

All in all, though, taking supplements is really the best way to get a consistent supply. I'm pretty bad about it myself...I forget all the time...but it really is a good idea. You can find out a lot of helpful information about B-12 and veganism here: http://www.vegansociety.com/html/info/b12sheet.htm Good luck -- Tim Moore
