Yes! I need to lose about the same amount and am a fairly new vegan.

I'll let you know when *I* find out lol! I think my main problem is I just

still eat too much..of everything. I had food issues before and I still do,

Yes, add more salads, you will adjust and get out and exercise. push

some iron, muscle burns more

calories than fat. Get a trainer to learn proper form.

MrsFalafel has had great success losing weight while

on a vegan diet by joining WeightWatchers.

http://www.weightwatchers.com Very easy and extremely

flexible but gets results.
