Ask Miami Herald to reinstate pet column and pet adoption information

PLEASE CROSSPOST

 

The Miami Herald Neighbor's Section stopped publishing the pet column

written by Susan Neuman, which gave important information about

animal companion issues in Miami and elsewhere. Miami's shelters are

often overpopulated. Yet, the Herald also stopped regular publication

of photos and information about dogs and cats who need to be adopted.

Neuman's column and the pet adoption information encouraged people to

treat animals humanely and to adopt. Please ask the Miami Herald

Neighbor's Section to reinstate these features.
