In response to the Montreal Le Commensal post, I thought I'd mention that Le

Commensal also opened a location in Toronto a few years ago.

It's a great place for vegan and lacto-ovo vegetarians (everything is labelled).

Huge selection and really tasty.

I saw results the next day Sue, but I was only dealing with dairy and wheat.

I know it's very tough, but if you start now, your baby has a better chance of

outgrowing some of the allergies he is now showing.

If there is anything I can do to help, please do hesitate to holler, even if

it's just having a place to vent. You are a very special mommy.

I have a 6 week old baby, fourth child.

Our other kids are allergic to, wheat/milk/soy, with one being

sensitive to corn and eggs.

The new baby is allergic to more than that, so I am starting at rice

and adding one at a time. I suspect corn and peanuts.

I wanted to know if anyone knows how long it takes food to get totally

out of the breastmilk, if you have eaten something the baby is

sensitive to, and how long it takes when you eat something, for them

to have a reaction....

Links would be greatly appreciated,

Sue who is living on rice pasta/rice flour bread (homemade)/brown rice

for a few days till things calm down here....
