Benefit Concert for the Baby Harp Seals

Hi Everyone,

 

We just returned home from being out of town and now I

REALLY NEED HELP now from anyone who could help with

the following items:

 

1) If you know of anyone in the LA area who could

make up flyers/posters please let me know.

 

2) We need people to help promote the concert now so

we can have a huge turnout (get flyers to businesses,

call radio stations, put in newspapers, etc.)

 

3) We need to know for sure of some people who will

help man the booths for the silent auction and sell

items from Harpseals.org and Sea Shepherd. Has anyone

ever done a silent auction and if so, can you send me

an example of a form?

 

4) Would anyone be willing to help call musicians to

have items signed for the auction, if so, I will let

you know who I have contacted already?

 

We will be having 3 rock tribute bands on Thursday

night November 3, 2005, at the Canyon Club in Agoura

Hills, CA. We have the venue from 6-10 pm and then a

house band (70's) called Boogie Nights goes on. We

may have a guest appearance by some headliners but

that is not for sure as of now.

 

Please let me know as soon as you can if you can help.

 

Thank you all very much. We truly want this to be a

success and because we have never done a benefit

concert before, we have alot to do and learn.
