Quorn Poisoning

Thanks for posting that additional info Mary. It's interesting to know

that Quorn is actually a mold. I'm highly allergic to penicillin,

which is derived from a mold as well.

It seems to me that, if there is a similarity, people who're allergic

to penicillin should know about Quorn.

 

You've inspired me to report my experiences to the FDA. They don't

have a contact for reporting to one central place, so I'm going to

report it to the metro area I was in when I got the severe poisoning,

as well as the state I was in for the Thanksgiving demo, and the one

I live in, since all are different. I really can't believe this stuff

is on the market, and sold without warnings.

Just like mushroom, it is a mold. be careful and eat small quantities

first. They are a highly processed unnatural food, so care should be taken,
