While some might believe the vegetarian lifestyle is boring and almost

impossible to commit to, others have found health advantages and have

adopted the lifestyle religiously.

 

According to " 101 Reasons Why I'm A Vegetarian, " by Pamela Rice, an

animal-based diet is high in cholesterol, animal protein and saturated

fat, which combine to raise the level of cholesterol in the blood and

is the warning signal for heart disease and strokes. Meat-centered

diets are linked to many kinds of cancer, such as colon, breast,

cervix, prostate and lung cancers.
