Cheat Food: what exactly is " CHEAT FOOD " ? Fruits? Nuts? Hummus and 2 avocados on whole grain vegan crackers? I really like these foods every day. There appears to be much misconception about foods in the fitness industry. I don’t buy the whole denial thing: eat healthy is the most important consideration. Early on I first copied Carl Lewis's diet and loved it. I eat for health! There is no need to cheat because I love everything I prepare. I am a vegetarian and I credit this lifestyle to enhanced lung capacity and endurance, even when I am not training.
Guest guest
Hi Rick; I had a look at Lori Ann's website, and saw that she recommends eating fish in the nutrition section of her website. She certainly does seem to be very health conscious in her eating habits, but apparently not vegan. Deborah [Vegan Woman holds world record in Obstacle Course Competition.
