POLICE TRIED TO SILENCE US ON FFF NYC! DIDNT WORK

Caring Activists Against Fur (CAAF) FFF ALERT PLEASE POST:

I applied for a sound permit and the police said " NO " because

Bergdorf Goodman has one already. I questioned the police because in

NYC you can't request the sound permit until 5 days before the event.

They said " Bergdorf requested it weeks ago now NO ONE is getting the

sound permit " . When I tried to get a rationale answer they said " NO

MORE QUESTIONS " ! This has happened before to us as soon as we request

the sound permit the shop of horrors we are protesting already has

one! And of course no sound is being used by the shop of horrors when

we arrive! Cops have said to us in the past " as soon as activists

request a sound permit the store will have one before you that's the

way it goes " I was not going to sit back this time and take it I

called the ACLU and they did it!! I just got a call yesterday we got

our sound permit!! YOU GOTTA BE THERE!!
