Other food poisons to avoid are hydrogenated oil, high fructose corn syrup, mono sodium glutamate, and aspartame. MSG and aspartame are sometimes mislabeled, disguised, or secretly unlabeled with FDA approval. Never forget the US Government's version of the Golden Rule - He who has the gold makes the rules! Butter and unhomogenized cow's milk seem to be OK. Since homogenized milk is the only type of cow's milk that is available, I drink rice milk which I buy at Trader Joe's.
