Living Food: Reckless cloning

SEATTLE POST-INTELLIGENCER EDITORIAL BOARD

As discomforting as most Americans find the idea, the Food and Drug

Administration's tentative approval for allowing the sale of cloned

meat and milk makes a certain kind of sense. The plan is a logical

extension of an industrialized food system that treats plants, animals

and nature with an often-reckless disregard.
