Guest guest
Greetings everyone! My name is Fi and I live in Washington state. I'm 22 years old and for several years I have been told I eat a 'somewhat' vegan diet. I eat dairy products, turkey, chicken and fish. I've come to a point in my life, where I am wanting better health and future. So I am seeking out to become a full vegetarian. I don't want to eat turkey or chicken, but should I hold off on the fish to? I don't eat much of it and when I do it's only tuna. But if I have to give it up to live vegan than I will do it no problem. I have a few questions... Are there different levels of the vegan lifestyle? What are they? Is eating vegan the best for the body? Do you think mineral supplements are good or bad? If bad, why? If good, which one's are best to be taken every day along side a multi-vitamin? I hope to meet and greet many new friends here! Gather lots of tips and 'know hows' and recipes! Thanks to everyone who is standing by my new lifestyle decision! -Fi
